Who we are

This website is run by CondorZen Concepts Inc., a Wisconsin corporation. In this policy, "we" means CondorZen Concepts Inc.

What you send us

You can read this website without telling us who you are. If you use the project form, we collect what you enter:

• your name and email address
• your company and phone number, if you choose to give them
• the project type, timeline and budget range you pick, and what you write about your project

We also note which page of the site you came to the form from.

What we do with it

Your inquiry is stored in the database behind this website. A copy of it may also be emailed to us. We use it only to read your inquiry, reply to you and talk about your project. We do not sell it.

The form does not send an automatic reply. The only messages you get from us are the ones we write to you.

Inquiries stay in our database until we delete them, and copies in our email stay there until we delete them. Nothing on this site removes them automatically.

IP addresses

To stop the form being abused, the site limits how often it can be sent from one connection. It uses your IP address in memory to do that. Your IP address is not stored with your inquiry or anywhere else in our database. Google Analytics and our web host are separate, as described below.

Cookies

• Form security. Forms on this site use a cookie that protects against forged submissions.
• Administrator sign-in. People who manage this website get sign-in cookies. Other visitors do not.
• Google Analytics. These cookies are used only when Google Analytics is turned on, as described below.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is optional on this site. When we have it turned on, your browser loads a script from Google, and Google receives your IP address and information about your device and the pages you visit, so we can see how the site is used. Google handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy. When it is turned off, none of this happens.

Log files

The site keeps technical log files for seven days so we can find and fix errors. Our web host may keep its own server logs.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, use the project form. It is the only way to reach us here for now, so say what you need in the message and pick any option for the required fields.

If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will delete it, including any copy in our email. An inquiry cannot be edited once it is sent, but we can add a note with the correction.
